"Staff was courteous and efficient. They cheerfully accommodated my request for an early check-in and had my key in hand in minutes. The room overall was fine. Only suggestions are that a) the exterior door needs weatherstripping and b) the toilet should be replaced with a taller one. It is pretty low for my nearly 60 year old knees. The exterior door was not really a concern this time of year, but I suspect there would be a draft in winter. Overall, though, I am extremely satisfied with my stay....

The room itself was navigational although a bit tight for the transport chair - the regular chair would have given us a problem. "There was only one issue - my room wasn’t cleaned the last 3 days of my visit. I asked the desk clerk to make sure it was cleaned after 2nd day it wasn’t and when I returned to my room that evening it still hadn’t been cleaned. Other than that, it was a comfortable and convenient stay."
