"When is the staff members was kind and went out of her way to make sure I stay was pleasant. The other not so much. The only complaint I have is parking in the garage high when you go to leave it’s hard to get someone to open the gate for you."

Despite Paulista Avenue is not considered the financial hub anymore (Faria Lima is the area where white collars work), the area is still of cultural interest and linked with metro and full dining options around. The hotel is gay friendly and the gym is very nice. The breakfast is also great. Full of international travellers. "
"I stayed this hotel for one night, this hotel gives me very good impression, the front desk staffs Rafael and Ruan and the other two who can speak English are extremely nice and friendly, some of the front desk can speak very good English and they would like to help at all time. Also the luggage guys are very nice too. They just doing their best to carry the luggages in and out, a boy sent me to the taxi all the way out. Very good people.
