Beach Chairs: Having these available was a huge hit! It made transitioning from the hotel to the turquoise waters of Half Moon Bay completely seamless. Impeccable Rooms: Our room was very clean and well-maintained throughout our stay—it was clear the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. Peace of Mind: With 24-hour around-the-clock security, we felt incredibly safe and relaxed the entire time. Mr. Tucan offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and world-class hospitality. We will definitely be back!"

"First of all I would like to start by saying that I’m giving a one star because there’s no option of a cero and the one star is only for the omelette guy at the breakfast buffet who was the only person that deserves a 5 star review. My experience at Infinity Bay Resort in the past was a complete different story. Our stay this time was a horrible experience, the staff is not welcoming and let’s not even talk about the rooms and the cleaning service. Our room was poorly cleaned and I had to call twice to ask for towels because they were not replaced when cleaning. The staff at the bar was something else, me and my friends were completely ignored until a nice lady decided to asked us if we were being helped ? I guess there’s some kind of guest preference, the staff prefers the American guest than the Honduran guest because we experience that feeling multiple times by different staff at the resort. Long story short, are not staying at the Infinity Bay Resort ever again! I’m pretty sure there’s better options than that resort in Roatan. Good luck if you decide to stay there!!!! "

"My experience was terrible and great at the same time. The front desk was great, but the bar area and the way I was treated were terrible. As a Honduran national and an American living in the USA, I expected better. Despite speaking perfect English, I was ignored and waited while they catered to foreigners. This type of behavior and actions must stop. It gives us no pleasure to inform you that your staff disrespects and discriminates against locals, Hondurans, or anyone who doesn't resemble white people."
