"Great place, amenities are a bit old but functional. There is no heater in the apartment which made it very cold in the evenings. There wasn’t even salt and pepper. "

The blinds in the second room are broken and offer not privacy from the passage right outside the window. Otherwise the place was well-appointed and communication good. "Room was ok, but for the price you’d expect soap in the bathroom, some sort of milk for coffee, and WiFi that might actually connect to the internet. Also had to get another guest to help check me out because the hostess had turned her phone off. Average at best. "

"Absolutely a beautiful property, the view to the sea was stunning. The amenities in the room were "over the top" James was at our "beck and call" and very polite and spoke wonderful English. If we had know how close this property was to the Arabella Golf resort we would have stayed there the entire 5 days. Will definitely come back and stay here again."

"The room was okay, the bed was dirty the floors not great either. The fridge stunk !! I booked a room, upon arrival i was informed my bed was already sold to someone else and was forced to pay an additional fee for an upgrade as that was all that was available. Was told it's that or cancel the booking even though the email stated no refunds !! I had roaches running around and felt stuff crawling on me. Never again !! R550 paid for a terrible night of little sleep and i could not even eat or drink anything before washing dishes first. Never again "

"We are a family of four who had an 8 night stay at the Krystal Beach Hotel which we consider to be a five star rating (for a four star hotel). Excellent location with fantastic views over Gordon's Bay. Many great aspects to the hotel to support the five star rating including: the family room was very spacious for the four of us, comfortable bedding for excellent nights sleep, daily cleaning/maid service, friendly staff, healthy and filling daily breakfast, good range of meals and drink at competitive prices prices served in the restaurant, access to a gym and many other positive aspects"

"This property is one of the nicest I have ever stayed at. The property is beautiful, spacious, well-maintained, and had a lovely view. The room we stayed in was actually a full suite with living room, full kitchen, large bedroom and huge bathroom with soaking tub and shower. The staff went way above and beyond to make our stay perfect, including arranging our dinner. Breakfast the next morning was gourmet and delicious. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a special stay."
