"This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even though we booked another hotel the same night from hotels.com. I was expecting a sincere apology but instead have to go through the trouble of disputing this with my credit card. Crazy."

"Beautifully renovated grounds and rooms, and wonderful staff. A quick 10 min drive into Ostuni. There was a slight issue on the first night and they were very quick to resolve the issue. Vanessa the sommelier gave us a great wine tasting. Had a great relaxing stay. "

The Continental breakfast was good and on time (served to your room) and the coffee was excellent. There were however, some issues with the wifi and the TV which made winding down at night and contacting our family back home very frustrating. "Very helpful staff. The hotel is nice and in the middle of an Olive farm. You must have a car as it is a drive to local areas for food. Near coast with loads of food options in nearby villages and towns."
