"My brothers & I stayed here for three nights while on a road trip, the stay exceeded all expectations, the host Donnatella & Gianni were incredibly hospitable & helpful, as we wanted to go to Modena & Bologna for the City & of course Ferrari, but at Donnatellas suggestion we visited Pagani, a really unexpected highlight, we all agreed you can’t go wrong here, great hosts comfortable rooms& good road connections, we have no hesitation in recommending them, many thanks again"

"Gianni a entendu ma demande d'une place de parking puisque je suis une personne à mobilité réduite et il a pris l'initiative de me donner une chambre en rez de chaussée. Cela s'appelle être au service et à l'écoute de sa clientèle, un grand merci ! Il a discuté volontiers avec moi, c'est tellement mieux qu'une boîte à clé ! "Enzo was amazing from the moment I booked the hotel. I knew we would be arriving late on the train and he was so calming and reassuring - this was important as we have never travelled to Italy before. Grazie! The breakfast was delicious, simple and just enough. The hotel is walkable to many restaurants and sites to see, we enjoyed the Ferrari Museum and had dinner at two wonderful restaurants."

"The facility was clean, furnished tastefully but simply, with very modern bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, easy walk to Centro. No breakfast is included and there is no coffee machine in the room. While there are phone contacts available, there is no physical presence of any staff (except for cleaning), and entrance and exit are all done digitally. There are no outdoor chairs or lobby area, so no opportunity to mingle with other guests. This is acceptable for a short stay,...

"Excellent rooms, well connected hotel, good prices and good breakfast, good high speed WiFi. Pool and sauna were a good surprise. Very helpful staff, roomy, well lit, comfortable room. Really enjoyed our stay and would come again if holidaying in the same area. There was something funny with the drain in one of bathrooms of the rooms we booked. with a smell, but probably an isolated incident."
