"Clean room"

"Simple accommodations. The hotel was in bad need of renovations. The amenities were few. Fortunately, everything was in working order. The breakfast dining area was extremely small with tables crammed in. "

"Loud outside bar. Not clean. Needs updated. Will not stay again "

"The room was clean. Hotel was in great condition with beautiful water views. Only issue was that they ran out of coffee in the lobby both mornings we were there. I think they'd benefit from some additional checks of that amenity to ensure it's full."

"Nice place considering everywhere else ups their price for weddings. Be prepared to hear you neighbors bathroom though. "

"Its OK considering the inexpensive cost per night. The room was clean with the exceprion of a dead wasp under the bathroom vanity. Lobby staff was professional when we checked in, although not a particularly happy greeting...note: a smile and a "Hello" instead of just a straight faced "Checking in?" greeting goes a long way towards good customer "first impressions". Room amenities are minimal but adequate for a night. Overall, its OK."

"Disappointed that the pull out couch was broken, they offered to move me but I had already unpacked for a 3 day stay. The fridge only stayed cold on the bottom and but the end of my 3 days the entire fridge was sweaty on the inside. "

"Such a charming B&B set on 70 acres land with beautiful landscape by the water. Well maintain old house, makes you feels like a home. Warm comfortable sittng area combined with library, cafeteria, the fresh baked cooies, books, fireplace and the wines, lovly and thoughtful thouch. The room are clean with a premium bath, roomy and quiet.. Friendly stuffs, beautiful interior and historic house and the morning sunrise.. Of course the homemade breakfast are also very good and the fresh bluberry pie is my favorite that you never want to miss out. Thanks to Joanne & Jim, you are amazing ! Joan & Mom "
