Beatiful Stay!

Beautiful stay at Sezian Boutique Homes & Villas - everything was extremely clean, the hot tub was the perfect temperature, the shower was amazing and we had a good nights sleep in the bed - would definately stay here again

Great property in quiet location

Amazing stay in apartment with hot tub. Property very clean and staff very helpful upon check in. Property offers villas, apartments and houses on site and car parking with an electric car charger. Very modern and new throughout. Stayed with friends at the end of our trip and had a really comfortable nights stay. The property is in a secluded location about 8 mins drive from Preveza.

We had a wonderful week. We stayed in Villa 2, fully equipped and a big plus with its own swimming pool. Very nice and neatly decorated. Clean and everything available for a wonderful holiday. Everyone at Sezian was very friendly and helpful. The airport is about half an hour by car, Preveza Harbor about 10 minutes, a great place to enjoy a delicious meal on the boulevard or in the cozy narrow streets. In short, a perfect place for a holiday in peace, but with hustle and bustle a short distance away. Thank you Tonia and everyone else from Sezian for this new wonderful memory.

We had a lovely time at Sezian and will absolutely be returning one day! The location is quiet and peaceful (apart from hearing dogs barking in the night sometimes) and parking was ideal and right outside. There is an excellent restaurant called Olanthe about 5 minutes walk from the villas. There is also a bakery that serves excellent coffee about 20 minutes walk away. There is a supermarket across the road from the bakery too. The villa was really clean and the pool and outside space was perfect for us! A lovely sun trap! The only issue we had was that the third bed wasn’t made up - this was a sofa bed and didn’t look as comfy as the other beds. The kitchen was equipped with lots of nice crockery but could do with more sharp knives for chopping. Preveza town is a 10 minute drive away and there is loads of free parking and many excellent restaurants and bars. The further into the back streets you go, the better the restaurants. But all of them look great! Can’t wait to return one day, hopefully soon! Thank you, Maria, you were so helpful xx

Everything was perfect

Very nice indeed. Totally recommend it, everything was as you would expect. Now if you consider this value for money, it depends on the price you pay and it is subjective.
