"The property is a cute boutique hotel; the room was well appointed and staff friendly. I had booked it due to its proximity to the airport as I had an early flight out the next morning. However, there was a EXTREMELY loud concert of some kind right outside which went on until at least 1 am. I was unable to sleep until it was over. I am not sure if this is a common occurrence but if you value quiet when sleeping it is something to consider."
