"I booked and paid for my accommodation online and received proof thereof for the night of the 11th May 2026. On arrival the hotel had no knowledge of my booking, the telephone number given for Expedia remained unanswered. I has to book via the hotel and pay again. No acknowledgment from Expedia and no reply to emails or phones calls. Until I get a refund for the inconvenience I will continue posting negative comments about this agent."
