"Since we were not allowed to cancel our second night at this hotel, Expedia needs to reimburse us. Grimy Floors, causing black feet, toilet running constantly, nasty bathtub with a used washcloth left behind, etc., etc.
Expedia made us repost this because they didn’t like our first post, even though there was no profanity or false statements.
Staff members were nice.

"Staff at check-in friendly, although process was slow. Room very nice, modern, and clean. Breakfast was bad. No one was working that area. Food was mostly gone. Counter areas and some tables dirty. It was like somebody had set everything out at 6:30 then went home. Disappointing. "
