"The room was clean however the sink drain did not work properly. Staff did provide a temporary solution, which worked. Staff was great. Continental breakfast was good. The hotel was located very close (walking distance) to restaurants and other shops. We were just there for one night, so it provided everything we needed."

"Great location and clean hotel, the only downside was the parking situation. As a paying guest you have to fight to find a parking spot, you are competing with people that are using the parking lot to walk the town."

"Palmer Gulch Resort is a KOA campground and resort with a lodge and cabins. It is very unique and in a beautiful setting outside Hill City a few miles. It has shops and activities on site and a breakfast room at the registration building. We stayed in the cabin in the annex which is like a 4 plex of cabins. It was quite roomy, clean and well kept and had comfortable beds. It was so peaceful we would have loved to stay longer."

"We knew we were glamping but I wasn't prepared for mouse p**p throughout... It is luxury to have a tent with a toilet and shower, for sure. The lounge and restaurant were comfortable and good. I think it's important to know ahead of time that good of any kind is not allowed in the tents. Makes sense but just made for extra planning with Dog food"
