"Friendly lovely athmosphere shabby chic with emphasis on shabby ... room was very musty smelling and shower drain blocked ... slight sense of impoverished neglect. Very bizarre dinner for Burgundy. Asian veg wraps with soy dipping sauce followed by poussin with rice and ... soy dipping sauce. Then really murky pud: some kind of stodgy cake. Not good. Nobody ate it. Nice ice cream. Delicious bottle of Bordeaux at good price. "

"Chambre minuscule, tout au plus 7.5m2 (hors salle de bain) avec un lit, deux tables de chevet, une armoire, 1 bureau, 2 chaises, 1 porte bagage...ne reste donc plus de place. La terrasse par contre, plus grande que la chambre....c'est paradoxal. Aussi, il existe deux autres chambres , au même prix, beaucoup plus grandes, mais comme je l'ai souvent remarqué, en passant par hotel.com mais aussi par booking, les chambres que l'on a sont souvent les plus petites ou les plus mal placées. "I suspect that it’s not tourist season yet and there’s no reason to open up the town-it’s still cool and rainy. Not much going on but really fine for our needs. Hotel is clean and modest. Staff is excellent. "

"We had a very enjoyable stay at the Ibis Nevers. So close to the centre of the town, walkable and convenient. Parking was private and off road. Although the room was small and not soacious it was still comfortable and aircon was part of the room. Breakfast was lovely. All in all a lovely stay."
