Wonderful owner, service staff and chef they are the EPITOME OF HOSPITALITY. It made me realize the next time, I am planning an Italian vacation it will be in Umbria. "Palazzo Leti is in an amazing location, with views that can't be beat. The staff are super nice. The vibe is old world elegance, but not pretentious, just comfortable. We last visited 20 years previously and it hadn't changed much, even though things had obviously been renovated and updated over the years. The only downside is how difficult it is to get to it through the Zona a Traffico Limitato and the very narrow streets. Highly recommended."

"The hotel was absolutely wonderful. If you’re reading this, chances are you’re an American who, like me, knew little about Spello, Italy before booking. Trust me—you won’t regret staying here. While we didn’t dine at the on-site restaurant, it offers incredible views. The location is also very convenient—perched at the top of the hill, it rewards you with stunning scenery (and a bit of a workout getting there). My only small disappointment was that we requested a check-out just one hour later, since our train wasn’t leaving until later in the day, but the staff wasn’t able to accommodate—even when I offered to pay for the extra time. Still, overall, it was a truly lovely stay. "

There is a wide choice of items in the continental breakfast and two restaurants, one offering a fixed price menu and a smaller, popular with families and groups, and another more intimate restaurant offering an al a carte menu."
