"This is a great hotel. The breakfast was great with good variety and even made to order menu. The dinner at their restaurant was also delicious (not included but worth going). Staff was very helpful and friendly my only complaint would be the road there is very narrow and one way so can be stressful getting in and out of a taxi, but still worth the stay. "
"Lovely staff that even gave us a hot water water bottle at night. Breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for visiting the Historic Centre of Cusco. "

Palacio del Inka, A Luxury Collection Hotel by Marriott
10/10 Excellent
"This was an experience like no other and exceptional in every way. Staff were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. The building itself is like a museum (it actually was until the 1970s!) so expect to see genuine historical art on the walls, remnants of Inka stonework, original colonial architecture. The restaurant is excellent for breakfast lunch or dinner. We only stayed one night here for my birthday and the hotel sent up a birthday cake to the room!! I was blown away. I’ve never paid this much for a room in my life but it was 100% worth the price point. If they offer you a discounted upgrade, take it!! I’ve never been in such an opulent room and the name of the hotel is apt - Inka Palace - I felt like royalty. Handy to know: the hotel is steps from some excellent shops, ruins and restaurants. There is an ATM in the lobby and the front desk will break large notes for you. Absolutely exceptional. When I’m next in Cusco I will definitely be back! Hopefully for a longer stay!!"
"A true former monastery constructed on Inca ruins in the Medieval period and entirely renovated and converted into a luxury hotel. There is an active chapel that was preserved, the rooms are large, oxygen is available by mask, but some rooms also have supplemental ambient O2, bathrooms are well equipped, staff is extremely attentive and courteous. The included buffet breakfast is more like a feast, with more options than you can handle. The hotel seems to focus on amazing service. And they deliver it exquisitely making you feel truly special. "
"We had an excellent stay at Novotel Cusco! The location is unbeatable—just a short stroll from the Plaza de Armas—making it perfect for exploring the city. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay."
"This hotel is a little walk to the historical center but not too bad. The altitude is something you need to watch and many people get the headache and low oxygen saturation levels so you need to take it easy Day 1 and let your body acclimate. The staff was extremely kind and professional. I highly recommend this hotel. "
