"As I'm giving this review, I am torn about what to say. As a person in the hospitality business, my heart goes out to this team. The facility is a newer facility... That's not the issue. One of the biggest issues anyone in the hospitality industry knows is getting good-quality people to do quality work... They will make you or break you. Even though the room was a very up-to-date hotel room, the people assigned to keeping it clean and tidy had a lot to be desired... They made up the bed and cleaned the toilet.... But the sink and the shower were dirty... In fact, the shower was filthy; it was full of hair and still had a ring where the previous person had showered. The floors were dirty... No one swept under anything, nor did they get out but dirt, trash, and debris from the corners and edges, and behind the door. I will say this... I did not find any dust, which was a good thing. Given the current hourly team, my suggestion is that you inspect your room before paying for it. Please don't get me started on the fire alarm... It started going off during this stay, around 10:00 or so, I did not stop fully until after 12:45, almost 1:00 a.m. ... Don't get me wrong, maintenance was trying to fix this problem, whatever it was... But it was, I think, for a short time."

"Not the quality I expected as a Baymont Hotel room, this was a painted over Jameson Inn. We tried three rooms, all were unsat due to musty odor, dirty ventilation, dirty carpet, bad smell. Pet friendly to me does not mean all rooms are used by pets. Orbitz reservation stated "local management may not allow change" to reservation. Hotel was substandard and we deserved to change reservation for that reason, but manager explained Orbitz controls the reservation policy, they did not have any financial information or ability to refund the reservation. I will not be using Orbitz ever again for that reason. I was faced with choice of staying in an unsatisfactory room in a mis-represented hotel or forfeiting a 4-night reservation charge."

"Super friendly staff. Never needed to ask for anything. My room was super clean. Breakfast was good. My air conditioner worked great. We would leave for lunch and all the linen was changed along with fresh towels. I highly recommend this place for a peaceful stay."

"The front desk service was great, the rooms are clean, and the family enjoyed the breakfast. The area feels safe and is a great place to walk the dog. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasnt working and body wash needed refilled, room was for 4-6 people but their were only 3 sets of towels The TV in the sitting wasn't connecting to DirecTV for our kids. There were no disposable cups for the coffee pot, though there were lids.there was decaf coffee pods but not regular coffee. I did colorful office, she said she put in a work service for exhaust and t vfor\nAfter our visit. She was very kind and offered gave us more cows and body wash"
