"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a personalized welcome card, drinks, a lovely dessert of cookies and macarons, which was a thoughtful touch.
Our room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel is well maintained, featuring a large swimming pool with lifeguards on duty, beautiful gardens, a nice restaurant and a welcoming elegant lobby.
The staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The reception team was friendly and helpful, the security guards were always polite, and the breakfast staff was efficient and attentive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes.
Another pleasant surprise was the tea provided in the room. It was so good that I ended up drinking tea almost three times a day during our stay!
Housekeeping did an excellent job of cleaning our room every day, and the hotel was peaceful and quiet, allowing us to sleep well every night. Grocery stores, massage parlors and laundry nearby.
The only minor downside is that the hotel does not have its own private beach. However, the public beach is only about a 500-meter walk away, which is still convenient. Market village is a bit farther. Uber ride costs around 80–90 baht each way.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, comfortable accommodations, great facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. We will surely come come back."
"They are doing a little construction, but I would stay again. If you’re looking for a historic hotel with some uniqueness, then this is it. They provide overnight supplies if you forgot something like a tooth brush or razor. Housekeeping is very good. They provide bottle water and have good internet and the normal stuff you would expect. Buffet is ok in morning, but quality of food could be a bit better, but I have a feeling with the construction and less occupancy right now they probably are just cutting back a bit. Landscaping could use some work in gardens. Honestly, they are just running lean with the extra expense to get the property back to where it should be. Price is a bit reduced and staff was very friendly and again, rooms are clean. Also location is great and you can walk to beach and city center easily."
"The staff went out of their way to answer our queries and provide transport. The pool was great but guests were confused when the pool towels were in the room. This could be explained more clearly on check-in."
"This hotel never dissapoints, from check in to check out everything is perfect, the staff are all outstanding, great room, spotless and the grounds are well maintained, great pool, plenty of facilaties on site and great breakfast with great staff..love this hotel very sad when its time to leave..faultless i cannot think of one negative .. thank you for an outstanding stay,"
