Hotels near Prairie Land Heritage Museam

"Never stayed there. After 3 days awake in airports due to weather canceled flights, I Googled “Affordable Hotel with breakfast and fitness room in Jacksonville, North Carolina.” Then Expedia populated with “Best Western Jacksonville Inn” and I booked a room for 2 nights. Exhausted, I then drove to Jacksonville, North Carolina only to learn Expedia’s advertising left out “Illinois,” which meant my booked location was a 15 hour drive away. The booked property pointed to Expedia and Expedia pointed to the property and I am simply the loser who will NEVER, EVER use Expedia EVER again. Neither would you or the folks at Expedia who place a higher value on rejecting my refund application than keeping me as a customer. Rules smules. You AND Expedia’s brass would want their money back."

"The hotel had a board listing numerous nearby restaurants which was very helpful! The room was pretty clean. Staff were very friendly and attentive."

"Clean room, friendly staff, location for the hotel is great, its near two major stores (target an walmart) in case you need to buy something you forgot, and lots of restaurant options "

"Everything was great except the pool was closed the night we stayed. Fortunately, the hotel arranged for guests to use the pool next door, which was a nice alternative. It was a pretty cold night, but the kids still had a good time—and that’s what mattered most."

"Property well maintained. Staff is friendly. The fridge in our room was broken. Told staff and tyler had it fixed and our drinks were cold by the time we got off work. Great place to stay"
