"Apesar de, na nossa chegada, o ambiente não estar totalmente limpo, durante toda a estadia a limpeza foi impecável. A equipe merece destaque: todos são extremamente solícitos, educados e atenciosos. Em especial, o recepcionista Felipe, que se destacou pela prestatividade e cordialidade. Na praia, o atendimento do Carlos também foi excelente e digno de elogios. Como sugestão de melhoria, o espumante servido no café da manhã aos domingos poderia ser oferecido como uma taça de boas-vindas no momento do check-in. Além disso, a música ao vivo no restaurante seria melhor aproveitada pelos hóspedes se tivesse início por volta das 17h, em vez de encerrar nesse horário, já que muitos ainda estão na praia durante a tarde. Essa mudança provavelmente contribuiria para aumentar o consumo no restaurante."

"Beautiful location, amazing views, very helpful and friendly staff, especially Juliana on reception. The pool was great, there were lots of chairs and loungers. We liked the breakfast and the welcome drink- the best caiparinhas we have had in Brazil! Our room was nice and we loved the balcony. Lots of restaurants nearby and not far to walk to the big beach. "Terrible experience from the start: for a full week before arriving, I messaged their WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and even called to change my dates — no response, no help, and Expedia also failed to accommodate me, leaving me with no choice but to go. When I arrived, reception didn’t even greet me, the first room flooded immediately from sewage backing up in the shower, and the second room they gave me wasn’t clean, with mold on the curtains, shower walls, and throughout the space. Nothing was as advertised, I felt uncomfortable the entire time, and this was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had."
