Fui direcionado a um quarto com infiltração e goteiras (chão molhado), ao fazer a reclamação na recepção fui colocado em outro quarto, onde o controle do ar não funcionava, a cama de colchão de mola desconfortável, porta do quarto quebrada. Total falta de investimento para um bom recebimento dos hóspedes. A única coisa que traria algum ponto positivo, era a piscina. No mais, não...
"Apartamento moderno, bem equipado para acomodar 1 casal e um bebê. A unica observação que tenho a fazer é em relação torneira do chuveiro, que estava quebrada. O resto estava em ótimo estado. O cafe da manhã tem poucas opções, mas como eu não esperava nem que tivesse café, achei razoáveis as opções que tinham. Recomendo o gaudium hotel e voltaria a me hospedar nele."

I am writing to express my disappointment with the condition of the room during my recent stay. Unfortunately, the room was not up to standard. Specifically:
• The room was filthy, with visible hair and handprints on surfaces.
• There was no carpet in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable.
• No hand or face towels were provided.
• The refrigerator (geladeira) was dirty and seemed not to have been cleaned properly.

"La vue sur la mer est fantastique, mais la cuisine partagée inscrite dans l'annonce n'existe pas, la structure contient un restaurant pour le midi mais pas pour le petit déjeuner ni le dîner.
Par ailleurs la conciergerie en charge de l'entrée dans les lieux a mis en place une application avec envoi d'informations, de selfies et de photos de documents assez intrusive et chronophage pour pouvoir finaliser l'enregistrement. Tout est fait par message à distance et finalement par le client lui même."
