"Great staff , great location"

"Staff were great and the food and beverage options in the hotel were good. The area around the hotel is a little dangerous. Better to take Uber to get around. The room I was in was very noisy especially early in the morning."

"Casa do Amarelindo is a charming boutique hotel right in the city center. The location is walkable to many restaurants, attractions, shops and public transportation if needed. There was a view of All Saints Bay from our room, pool deck, and rooftop. The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is spacious with a large walk in shower. Don’t believe the pictures; the air conditioned comfort penthouse advertised does not have windows in the walls of the apartment, and was barely ‘indoors’ much less ‘air conditioned’. Dois deles têm vista para a Baía de Todos os Santos e dois para o Centro Histórico. A rua é uma graça, calma, com casas históricas, restaurantes, padaria, ateliês, cafés, bares. "The bed was super uncomfortable with only one sheet on the mattress. The restroom was sub par. Definitely below my standards. Not a convenient location but the price reflects that. Breakfast was below standards. Just pay a little more for a better accomodation. "

"The place is good for the price. It felt clean, and the shower and toilet worked fine. The beds were quite hard and duvet only a blanket, but all in good condition. Although it’s only a 4 minute walk from Pelourinho, we were told by locals and police that we had to take Uber home as soon as it got dark! In other words, the area is not safe at night. "
