The room was clean, staff were generally polite and helpful. One thing to note was that in my opinion the breakfast did not reflect 5 stars. Majestic Plaza Hotel Prague
Rooms are somewhat old-style, on the 4th floor, with low ceilings and miniature windows. Lobby and staff are modernized, but not the rooms. Location is quite good, close to the Wenceslav square. Only reason I stayed is that the rooms were low-priced due to low tourist season.
