Just back from a three night stay at the icon Prague. Lovely modern hotel close to all the city attractions. On arrival we were upgraded to a deluxe room .The room was spacious very clean and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom toiletries smelt gorgeous and we had room sevice daily. I would definitely recommend

Stayed at the Icon for 4 nights on the second floor. Hotel was clean with connection to a good Indian restaurant. Their listing indicated central air and heat, but, we were in a transition period where it was warm during the day and cool at night so the system was not turned on. Hotel staff provided a fan and along with opening windows we were comfortable. Good location close to trams, restaurants and old town. Ten minute walk from the central train station. Excellent buffet breakfast.

The location is great. It’s on a side street close to downtown. Everything is so walkable. Front desk staff were incredibly kind and polite. They provided us with a great list of restaurants and gave a break down of time needed in certain areas of the city. The rooms themselves are great. Clean and had everything you would need. Would recommend this hotel and if ever in Prague again we will be staying here.

Completely exceeded my expectations! The location was just perfect - easy to navigate the city. The room was clean and a mirror image to online pics, and the free breakfast was amazing. The hotel staff, namely Valeria and Eddie were helpful and terrific resources. Highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel very conveniently located for the Old Town Square and other parts of Prague. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was nice, small range of freshly cooked eggs and pancakes. Good variety of continental food. The room was large and comfortable.

This hotel is located in a great area! Walking distance to all the sights but on a quiet side street. The front desk was friendly and super helpful. They arranged airport pick up for us which was so helpful after a long flight. The breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable. Stay here it's great!

Swedish speaking staff!

The hotel is very simple but nice. The hotel get 5 stars mostly because of the Swedish speaking service. Breakfast was good, not crowded. Location is good 15min walk to the city center. and there is trams outside the hotel shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend the Vietnamese restaurant, as that was WOW! We got an upgrade cause we booked for 3 persons.

Staff excellent, especially Eddy at reception . Room was clean and as in photo and in central area. Train station for the Airport bus is about 20 minute walk away (100 kroner, £3) or you can use Bolt app for £12 to the airport. Area walkable. There’s an Indian restaurant downstairs where dinner is lovely. The breakfasts are simple but sufficient.
