A beautiful old hotel, full of Prague historic charm. Set in a lovely quiet spot, but very close to Charles Bridge and an easy walk to Old Town. My room had a gorgeous decorated wooden ceiling.

Wonderful location. Small, grey lady hotel with some of the limits of an older building. However, the room was spacious, with an unparalleled view of Prague Castle, and I was largely within walking distance of almost all of tourist Prague.

We had a beautiful room overlooking the castle. Beds were a bit hard but clean. Updated bathroom. Room well decorated. Breakfast was plentiful. Excellent location and quiet for the area. Would stay here again. Keep in mind that there are no elevators/lifts if you are on the upper floors.

Our flight was delayed and we didn’t land until after midnight. I informed the staff and they were still able to accommodate us checking in. The staff were very welcoming, room was comfortable. AC didn’t work great but better than most of the other places we’ve stayed. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend.

The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and uniquely attractive. The hotel is very conveniently located in an attractive area near the Charles Bridge. Although not all of the front desk clerks were friendly or helpful, the breakfast staff were great and the breakfast itself was excellent.

Great hotel. Very clean and looked just like the pictures on Expedia:-) you don't always get that. Unfortunately there were some equipment issues: the elevator was out of commission, which is a minor point, and the Samsung Mini Split HVAC unit in our room also did not work and was throwing an error code indicating issues communicating with the outside unit. Fortunately the weather was comfortable and did not necessitate the use of the unit, but it would have been nice to have it noted prior to check in that that unit and the elevator were both out of service. Perhaps with a small discount. Other than that, we enjoyed our brief time there and would stay again.

We were very pleased with our 3 day stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and in a prime spot near the Charles Bridge and walk to the castle. We booked the luxury room and the view was incredible. The breakfast was very enjoyable as well offering hot and cold options. Overall great hotel in a fabulous city. Defintely will stay here again when in Prague!!
