I can not say enough positive things about this hotel. While I thought the room decor was dated, everything else about this hotel was top notch. From check-in to departure, we felt like we were staying with family! The hotel staff went above and beyond, but in a kind and friendly way, not over-bearing, to ensure we got to see the best of Prague and avoid any disappointments. They made bookings for us at their insistence, set up a shuttle to the first stop on our list each day and happily arranged transportation from and back to the airport. They spoiled our children with juice and snacks every chance they got and spoiled us just the same. They recognized it was my sons birthday while we were there and presented him with a special treat at breakfast! It was such a delight and made our trip to Prague really special. We have stayed in many high-end luxury hotels but the service and attention to detail here was far better than any of them. Highly recommend!

Stayed 5 nights. Beautiful decor. Fresh flowers in corridor. Lovely breakfast. They have very good tea (I had English Breakfast blend every morning). In the evening, candles lit at entrance. Very quiet location, and close to the tram stop. Walking distance to the river and the Old Town tourist spots. Surrounded by fine restaurants and bars. Attentive polite staff, always willing to offer kind help. They deserve 5 million stars!

    The perfect place to stay in Prague. From the great location, the beautiful bedroom and decor to the great breakfast - all was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for wonderful friendly staff. We can’t wait to return later this year.

    The staff are amazing! So helpful, welcoming, and warm. We had a missing item, and they did everything possible to help find it - and were successful! Breakfasts were delicious, the rides, restaurant recommendations, and service personal and exceptional. We hope to go back!
