Clean rooms, good breakfast, clean and tidy, staff friendly. Poor quality mattress, I could feel the springs, bathroom had a bath and that was appreciated, smart TV which was a plus, overall a good hotel.

What a lovely hotel, clean and modern, staff were so friendly and helpful, 20 min tram ride into the city centre (less than 5 min walk from hotel) will definitely be going back there when next in Prague.

Maximal satisfaction

We stayed here just overnight and everything was OK. Especially we appreciated the restaurant Jerusalem in the hotel for its tasty cuisine. Good for guests who plan to visit the O2 Arena nearby.

Hotel was amazing, all the staff were friendly and helped us with everything. Breakfast was amazing. They have a restaurant part of the hotel which had amazing food. The room was great and the bed was very comfy!!

Excellent hotel for the money,massive room.Cleanliness excellent. A stones throw from tram and metro. Uber to airport was £22 and took 35 minutes. Highly Recommended.

Nice hotel with easy access transit

This was a nice hotel with generous sized rooms, breakfast included, onsite parking and a tasty restaurant. In spite of some confusion regarding its location, there were trams and even a subway within a 2 block radius that provided quick and easy access to everywhere. Staff were friendly and helpful, making for a very pleasant stay.

We stayed at this hotel due to excellent location to UNYP venue. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely and evening options for dining also. Lovely hotel. We had a deluxe room with fridge, kettle and coffee machine, sofa bed. Bed was really comfortable. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again.

We had to change rooms due to a flea infestation from a previous guest keeping a pet in the room. The hotel staff were very good about the whole thing and moved us to another room. What's interesting is that the rooms are differently equipped, almost randomly. Showers are different, wardrobes are different, electronics, furnishings... It's all quite random.

The hotel is very close to the Line B subway, with which it needs only 10 minutes to reach the city center. The reception is open 24/7 and the receptionists are extremely friendly and willing to help. Perfect balance between quality and price

Lovely Hotel, stayed 3 nights for a medical trip with a further upcoming trip booked. Staff were fantastic and assisted with all requests for info on touring, transport etc. Also facilitated an early check in and a late check out. The breakfast spread was vast and delicious. The metro and tram lines are right beside the hotel so you can be in central Prague very quickly and easily. Highly recommend this hotel.

A nice city fresh with family

It was good and very easy access to town using the metro or the tram, we were welcomed by Karel and he was very helpful, gave us a map and showed us places we could visit, he checked in with us when he could not hear us over our room phone. And when we checked out he was helpful. Breakfast was good as well, I especially liked the homemade cakes and the yogurt. The Jerusalem restaurant and bar also is a nice stop to have, I had a buffet and a drink on my first night. Overall, it served its purpose for me. Would definitely recommend to others visiting Prague.
