Excellent hotel, location is perfect -walking distance to all major attractions-, service is great and breakfast a la carte is big plus (make sure to have breakfast at the dedicated time for the hotel guests, otherwise you may have to wait for some minutes to get a table). Definitively would stay here again, rooms are in great shape and have all the needed amenities, even pastry for you every day at your room.

Nice hotel

Nice little hotel in Prague. Location is perfect for exploring central Prague. No elevator, but a small elevator for luggage. Old buliding remodeled into a small charming hotel. Superior room was decent sized. Clean and good service every day. Great breakfast in the restaurant. Good menu to choose from and quick service. Big plus that you can have «breakfast» anytime from 8-16.

I loved Hotel Jewel and the restaurant and the staff were fab. I only gave it a 4 as there is no elevator and I was on the 3rd floor and the luggage elevator only worked till 2nd floor - so it was quite the hike up and down. Ask for a room lower down if you don't like stairs. Still would recommend.

For a small 11 room hotel originally build in late 1800, this a Jewel in old town Prague. The staff at front desk and restaurant are extraordinary nice young people. The breakfast menu is soooo delicious! Even if you dont stay here. have breakfast here!😃

A localização do hotel é excelente mas não corresponde ao anunciado. Não tem acessibilidade, o elevador que existe é minúsculo, cabe apenas mala de mão . O ar condicionado estava quebrado, a torneira do banheiro era curta, a água vazava pra fora da cuba, caía no balcão e molhava o chão. Quarto pequeno. A recepção funciona só até as 20 hrs. Pessoal jovem , atenciosos e educados. Hotel longe de ser um 4 estrelas.

Lage 1a Wasser im Zi mit frischen Obst, sehr gut. Das gebuchte Frühstück war lecker, jedoch fehlt hier einfach wie man es von anderen Hotels kennt die Auswahl. Auch frisches Obst hat gefehlt. Der frisch gepresste Orangensaft war aber lecker.

Bra hotell i Prag

Trevligt hotell, bra och hjälpsam personal. Rummet var välstädat, sängen skön. MEN, ingen hiss, bodde på vinden, 3 stadiga trappor att vandra upp för.

Almost a nightmare... lack minimum concern

It's a very small place literally fits one twin bed and a small desk with chair with no room to move around. Didn't feel it's worth the money I paid. The Manager was reasonable, tried to show the city plan and brought me upstairs to the room and gave a traditional keys set(two keys) one for the room and one for the back door (entrance). I went out to the city or couple hours and came back around 1 AM. The keys for backdoor entrance didn't work. I had my flight early next morning which I can't afford missing. Majority of people don't speak english, it's a bit shady at that late in the night and a bit scary. After trying for almost half hour, I walked down to two police officers and tried explain my situation. They tried to help me opening the door for a few minutes and were unsuccessful. After I requested them repeatedly they were kind enough to call the Manager or his cell(i have no idea how they know his number) and told me someone will come open the door in 15 min. So finally after 15 minutes, the manager came apologizing for the inconvenience and let me in thru the front door. If it weren't for the police officers, I don't know how It would have been to me in a new place that late in the night. I wish the management of the hotel took a better care of these minimum things, especially if there's no late night service at the hotel.

I love this hotel. One of my favorites in the world. Clean, friendly, hospitable. Great breakfast included. Will even go out of way for you to have food, coffee, etc. if you miss breakfast time.ive been to Prague twice and stayed here twice. Will stay here any time I come back

Absolutely superb hotel. We felt it was the best thing about Prague! Very friendly staff who could not do enough for you. Location is also perfect. Excellent breakfast to top it off!
