"Clean room, great breakfast, nice eve meal. Didnt use spa as its a beer spa!"

"The staff is incredibly wonderful. I usually don't complain about minor problems, but I wanted everything to be perfect. Every minor problems I had they took care of. The front desk really went out of their way to take care of me. I suggest to take the breakfast buffet, it was fresh, clean, and delicious. The staff for the breakfast was attentive and courteous. It is close to all the attractions Prague has to offer. I will definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel with very professional staff. The rooms were very nice and the bathrooms were extra sparkly (Clean). Breakfast selections were quite good. One pet peeve, the lobby is too small and it is a very busy hotel. Excellent location with proximity to main rail station and just a short walk to the major square and many other points of interest."

"Good location. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were very friendly. The keys to the room are big, but you’re able to leave with the staff so you don’t have to try to fit it in your bag/purse. Would recommend to anyone staying in Prague. "

"Everything was great but the bed let the apartment down as it was a sofa bed folded out. It felt quite small and there wasn't enough space on one side of it to get around and in to ed comfortably. If it was just one person staying, that probably wouldn't be such an issue. The location was very convenient and the check-in/ access was excellent. Overall I'd recommend, it's just a shame about the bed. "
