Could Not find or Access property.

We purchased parking, but instead got a ticket for driving through a pedestrian area. No maps. No directions. No information. Could not find the building, then could not get in. Lots of calls to make it all happen Hours of exhausted frustration, and wondering if anyone would even answer the phone. We did get in, and loved the place. Air conditioner was moldy downstairs, so used the kitchen a/c to filter cold air. None of the promised WiFi existed. Still wonderfully located, and comfortable. Savoy Cafe next door - a favorite for breakfast and coffee.

Our 3 bedrooms 2 bath property was very large and all 3 bedrooms had comfortable king size beds. High ceilings and double sound proof windows. The pictures on the listing were pretty accurate. Kitchen is very basic and worked well for us to primarily heat leftovers/takeouts or make tea. The bathrooms are basic but more than adequate. You can hear the people staying on the floor above but we were lucky that they weren’t particularly loud during our stay. The location is superb in the middle of Old Town but tucked away on a quiet street. Excellent cafe for breakfast and snacks on the ground floor. There is no reception and all doors operate with key pads. Would recommend for families and a large group traveling together.

It is oaky but need improvement

The location of this place is perfect, and it is on a quiet street which doesn’t have noise during the evening. It has kitchen but I didn’t use it at all. Some improvement: After checking in, I noticed that it here are hairs on the floor - they didn’t hoover the floor properly. FYI, they are dark hair and mine is blonde. In the bathroom, the plug in the sink doesn’t work. Toilet roll holder comes off, those small things can’t be improved

Location is nice. Close to main attractions. However the unit is different from online pictures.The actual unit has an awkward layout.in order to get to the unit you have to climb up a flight of stairs to the second floor.the kitchen is on the 2nd floor,but the bedroom is on the ground floor.in order to exit the unit from the bedroom you have to climb up very steep spiral stairs to the 2nd floor, and walk down a flight of stairs to the ground floor again. The bedroom is not big; the bed is. This leave a very narrow walkway between the bed and the wall. The customer service does not seem to exist. The only clothes cabinet is locked.sent massages to the owner but didn't receive any response during the 2 days of our stay. We had to put our clothes on the floor.

the only problem with, and otherwise perfect stay, was the lack of master bathroom curtains. no privacy in there after dark. The managers gave us free wine instead of a curtain.

It’s hard to get the correct access code to the gate. The code they emailed is not correct as a result we need to walk to the main office and get an actual access code to open the door. There’s no telephone in the room in case of emergency. If u want to ask something from the main reception desk.

A strange apartment (with lots of character)

Maybe this is typical of apartments in the old town... There are multiple hazards in the building - an unexpected step down inside the front door of the building - another outside the front door of the apartment, coming out, a very narrow very steep spiral staircase down to the dungeon bedroom, a low doorway to the bedroom, a bed that only just fit into the room with sharp wooden corners to bang your shins on, a big step down from the shower. Not suitable accommodation for the overweight and over fifties. The WIFI was crap and the building smelt. The area is really interesting.
