"Beyond Great. An Exceptional Stay!
I was a little hesitant at first because my wife wanted to book the Fairmont, but I decided to give this hotel a try, and I couldn’t be happier that we did. It exceeded every expectation, and it turned to be a better location.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Mahmoud, the Reception Manager. He accommodated all of our requests and offered us an upgrade to the Executive Lounge for a small additional fee. It was absolutely worth it! The lounge included snacks and drinks throughout the day, as well as spa access. What truly impressed us, though, was Mahmoud’s exceptional hospitality. He remembered our names throughout our stay and always took the time to check in with us whenever we were in the lobby. That level of personalized service felt worthy of a Michelin-star experience.
The restaurant manager whose name I unfortunately can’t remember was equally wonderful, always welcoming us with a genuine smile and making every meal even more enjoyable.
The hotel itself is luxurious, peaceful, impeccably maintained, and staffed by people who genuinely care about their guests. Every interaction made us feel valued.
I also highly recommend adding breakfast when making your reservation. It is well worth the cost. The selection is outstanding, with an excellent variety of hot and cold dishes, a made to order omelet station, and something for everyone.
