"Booked this hotel through Expedia on the day of arrival. Upon arrival we found out this hotel does not even have a front desk nor do any of the employees there speak a word English. After trying to explain to workers who spoke no English that the room was booked online and paid they just simply walked away. "Clean, silent, room is ok but have musty a little."

Said she tried calling us a few times, but not sure I had my Thai number listed or not, as I never heard from her. Staff guy at office was great and did his best to help us figure things out. Another owner sitting close by offered us one of her rooms & another friend's place (we needed two rooms), which we were extremely appreciative for, but upon checking out the one room...
