"We had to book a room with just a few hours and they were able to accommodate us quickly, they let us in our room earlier as well. They brought us the menu for the room service to our room, loved the food. They had transportation shuttle to the airport which was very convenient for us. "

"I really enjoyed staying at Hotel Regina in Madrid! The room was lovely (although the lighting in the bathroom was awful for putting on makeup lol!) and clean. The staff was wonderful & the location couldn’t be beat. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again myself! "
