It is more like a very expensive backpackers hostel and unreposnive staff/website with invalid numbers that even the booking company could not contact. It took two hours to get inside after the taxi ride. It was unsafe for vulnerable people."

No signs outside with the name of the place. Make sure to remember the number. The AC is very weak and takes forever to cool down the room. Summers in Madrid are pretty hot. Again, for the price, there are a lot of other places better than this one."
