"Because the room we booked was for 3 people, but the one they gave us was set up for 2, and they added an extra bed in a very small space. Additionally, there was a very bad smell in the bathroom, likely from the plumbing, and the blankets and pillows were dirty."

"It’s sold as it is in Madrid snd close to the airport BUT IT IS NOT IN MADRID AND IT IS NOT CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT. It is in ALCALA DE HENARES which is a very nice town anyway. "

"If you follow the link to Google maps it will direct you straight to the front entrance as could be a little difficult to find as literally in the middle of a big University Campus. Room was very spacious including kitchenette, table, desk and sofa. Plenty of parking just outside. Couldn't locate the self check-in but the desk was manned so ok. You collect a voucher in the morning for breakfast which is served in the canteen. "

Close by, there’s the charming town of Tarancón and the Segóbriga Archaeological Park with its impressive Roman theater — definitely worth a visit.
