"Good service but breakfast is just so so."

"Parking was a nightmare. Had to create parking spots and hope to not get towed. Beds were uncomfortable and tiny. "

"The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Televisions in the room lacked streaming services. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. There are no service lifts for work crews and cleaning staff. Everyone uses the same lifts which is a less than optimal guest experience. "

"They do not provide daily housekeeping. We were there 2 nights, and twice I had to ask for towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, etc. "

"Was a fine stop for quick overnight Usually but a days inn family but it was clean and the mountains were pretty "

"Didn't use or know of laundry facilities. That area was closed off as well as the pool being closed. Staff was nice but the hotel was old and smelled of a musk. Breakfast was not good. "
