"We finally were able to get a reservation for a train car … what a great experience. We have stayed in a room in the past but the train car is quite the experience. All the staff is top notch. We have to give the Conceirge Dian a 10+ for making our stay extra ordinary. Every thing we needed was taken care of. We will return often and I am sure be guaranteed a great stay. The Hotel Chalet is a highly recommended place to stay."

"Beware that there is another $3.00/day charge if you pay at this hotel. However, we were advised that if you pre-purchase then there is no $3.00/day charge. Hotels.com needs to update their site to indicate this additional charge! The facility is not worth the $95/night cost. Breakfast was very poor to say the least as the eggs were made like pancakes and were hard. This hotel can use some renovation as it is outdated and the carpet in the common areas is very dirty. We don't recommend it for this price!"

"Room was dirty, laundry had questionable stains, gaps along the walls, bathroom light/fan combo was so extremely load and early that we were afraid to even use the bathroom light, toilet leaked, roaches, horrible smell coming from the bathroom drain. The included breakfast was only chocolate muffins, three cereals and a gallon of milk. It is okay for a quick stop to get a couple hours of sleep but we did not rest well because the beds were uncomfortable and we could hear every noise going on around us. Only gave the stars I did because the staff was friendly and check in and out process was very easy. I would not stay here again though."
