"Olivia at the front desk knocked our stay out of the park. There was a problem with the room that we were scheduled to stay in. She found a great alternative and ensured, for our WHOLE stay, that we were happy with everything. The hotel couldn't be in a more perfect location with lots of restaurants and places to go in walking distance.; Valet parking and bike rentals right there are also a great feature. Hot tub, firepit, balcony, morning breakfast were such added plus'."

"Great hotel not too far from downtown action. Close to the nearby main strip of shops, restaurants and bars. We liked that it close to some nearby high end roof top bars of other hotels to visit. Nice place to stay if you want to visit Chattanooga for a Friday night or short weekend trip. We don’t mind walking and this downtown city is super fun, clean and safe-feeling. Only negative was that this hotel room was basic, not bad as it all appeared new and fresh but very basic - I wouldn’t consider it “boutique” quality place. Considering the nightly rate I feel it lacked attention to details. 3 star hotel vibe in my opinion overall. Ohh and parking across the street was convenient, easy and inexpensive if you don’t want to valet your car."

"After a long day of rs fast, easy, and the dude at the front desk could just sense my stress level i guess cause he proceeded to do this trick with his shoe , or foot i guess ...made me and my girl laugh so hard and cringe at the same . Just what we needed after driving for 12 hours Thanks whoever you were foot/desk guy"
