Looking a little tired and dated, room very nice and comfortable, but bed side light hanging loose? Staff helpful and polite, if a little too quick to shut down at later evening time? Food was good, but need more choices

Old hotel which needs renovation, bad experience

The hotel is getting old and tired... The renovated the rooms which are comfortable (the beds were very comfortable) but the airconditioning system didn't worked at all. The room was extremely hot. We complained but they couldn't do anything they told us. Very bad service and experience. The bathroom is old and the shower was extremely hot or cold, no thermostatic tap. Very dangerous. Also the balcony door couldn't be opened for cooling during the night because at each balcony swallows had their nests and they were flying in and out continuously. The swallows made a mess of the balcony and chairs but also the chairs outside the bar and restaurant were badly polluted with feces. The outside pool was very dirty on the floor, the pool is in need of renovation. They left the cleaning robot in the pool all day without functioning. in the pool there were floats with chlorine while you were swimming in it, not good. The inside spa was good and clean. A bad experience for us. The hotel has so many potential, is beautifully situated on the golf course but needs a big, big renovation. We will not come back and we advise to think twice before you book...

There was no air conditioning in the bedroom as it was broken The A la Carte menu choices was the same every day we ask for Fries and was told the kitchen did not have the facilities for this? The reception staff were receptive but looked glum - we asked if they could arrange for a taxi for us and was told they would not do this The setting was breathtaking The spar and pool facilities were good The female bar tender was very helpful and accommodating with requests The cleaning ladies were cheerful and very helpful

Bonjour. Pour le personnel rien à redire. Par contre pour la chambre. A part la Literie. Le reste est à revoir surtout pour notre chambre (Voir pour les autres?). Pas de porte de séparation entre la chambre et la salle de bain. La douche avec des moisissures et la porte impossible à ouvrir. Pour ce qui est des meubles: Les tables de chevets avec les les fonds de tiroir qui se décrochent. La porte du WC ne peut pas être fermée (porte Coulissante). et pour finir, un des deux stores du balcon est cassé. Le Comble de tout ça. Nous avons dîner le soir au restaurant de l'hôtel. Nous avons recommander du poisson. Au moment de manger, c'était froid. Obliger de faire refaire le plat!!! Hôtel vieillot. Ne mérite pas les soi-disant quatre étoiles sur la façade de l'Hôtel. Personnellement nous devrions êtres remboursés...

Spa super et personnel à l écoute et qui a réagi rapidement quand nous les avons sollicité. Pour un hôtel**** c est un très bon rapport qualité prix avec spa intérieur et piscine à l extérieur.

Établissement agréable malgré la sécheresse des prairies qui l’entoure Restaurant très correct quoiqu’un peu cher Chambre et pdj très bien Piscines et spa propres Le Hammam était en panne et le sauna « brûlant » Pb avec les serviettes remises à l’accueil le 1ier jour et rendues mouillées après les activités : il aurait fallu les garder pour le lendemain ! Résultat le second jour, nous nous sommes servis de celles que nous avions apportées

8/10 Grande chambre confortable avec une belle vue sur le golf. Endroit calme avec une bonne insonorisation extérieure, mais moins efficace à l'intérieur (bruits de portes qui claquent très souvent). Bouteille d'eau d'accueil mais manque un frigo. Les volets roulants ne descendent pas jusqu'en bas donc la lumière passe. Clim efficace et bon wifi. Spa sympa avec piscine et sauna bien chauds, mais le hammam était en panne depuis plusieurs jours. Petit déjeuner inclus et sympa avec du choix en salé et sucré et de bonnes viennoiseries. Le parking en graviers n'est pas pratique pour faire rouler la valise.
