She provided us with a map and showed us all the best streets to walk down. She made a great first impression!! This is the best location in Positano. The room was fabulous with an incredible view and a very large terrace! The morning breakfast on the balcony is a must! The breakfast staff are the best! I cannot say enough about this hotel!! We were blown away!! "
