The Hotel Portsmouth
The staff were wonderful but we were put in a room behind the front desk and it was incredibly loud both at night and in the morning. Residence Inn by Marriott Portsmouth Downtown/ Waterfront
Great location and staff was pleasant. We stayed at a room near the elevator and the elevator beep sounds like a doorbell. It woke me from a sound sleep and since it repeated so frequently, I stayed awake. This may be something that was not brought to the hotel’s attention.
