We only stayed one night during a road trip through the highlands, but we liked this lodge! The staff was very friendly, we enjoyed our dinner, and it was lovely to be able to park on site.

Disappointing stay - very little sleep :(

Lovey location and parking, easy check-in and nice room. However due to exceptionally thin walls/floors I got very little sleep, as from around 4am there was constant noise coming from other rooms which I could hear loudly (footsteps/bathroom/doors closing). This unfortunately ruined an otherwise nice room and stay.

The lodge is behind the hotel, rooms are small but comfortable. Location is great with access to the Trotternish peninsula. The food was really really great! The staff helpful and friendly.

Localização excelente para quem deseja passear somente na Ilha de Skye, mas algumas atrações mais no sul ficam um pouco distante. O cafe da manhã é muito bom e barato, as refeições principais custam um pouco mais mas é um dos poucos hotéis na região que possui restaurante e a comida é muito boa. Os funcionários são super atenciosos também. A desvantagem para mim foi que o Uig Lodge utiliza a infraestrutura do Uig Hotel, logo abaixo, e para tomar café/jantar era preciso caminhar uma distância pequena, que na chuva/frio atrapalhava um pouco. O aquecedor também parecia que desligava durante à noite, tentamos aumentar a temperatura e não respondia. Mas foi uma experiência muito boa, o quarto era confortável e a vista sensacional. Um detalhe é que só existe um posto de gasolina em Uig e é um pouco caro, deixe para abastecer em Portree.

The family suite was ideal for us. The connecting rooms and separate bathrooms really helped with our two ‘adult’ children. Very clean and updated. Dinners and breakfast were good value and great choice. Would visit again!

I’d stay here again.

We had an issue checking in, and the manager was quite responsive and genuinely interested in making things right. The Uig lodge is neat and clean, and conveniently located near the ferry terminal.

Not too bad but not too great either

We were checked in before our room was ready, they were still being cleaned. Housekeeping were lovely about it. The rooms are nice, showers are excellent, wifi only worked sometimes and curtains were broken and actually fell down. So it was a bit hot and miss

Buon punto per prendere il ferry.

Buona collocazione per prendere il ferry verso Harris. Camera piccola, non consiglierei soggiorni più lunghi di due-tre giorni. Eccezionale la silenziosità della camera. Parcheggio ok.
