"Check in a different hotel. Yes it was stated in the booking instructions in a small letter. Hard to find a check in and the staffs were busy for nothing talking each other while I was checking in as if not is there. Lack of training and service mind. Inefficient process and the queue was mingled and we purely rely on the luck. Our room was in a different building and the path has many stairs. With a heavy luggage, you will have definitely hard time. The rooms are totally different from photos....
