Hotel bom, mas antigo.

O hotel tem um restaurante maravilhoso, vom a melhor vomida que já experimentei no Brasil, com qualidade nis pratos e no atendimento de restaurants estrelados. A equipe é 10!. Porém, o hotel está mal administrado, largado, já está antigo, os móveis do quarto velhos, precisando de reparos; a academia suha, aparelhos antigos e funcionando mal, muito largada. O hotel carece de locais de circulação comuns, por exemplo, uma sala de jogos, um hall, algum lugar em que os hóspedes possam ir depois do jantar ou quando está chovendo que não sejam nos quartos, que aliás são muito pequenos. A praia é tranquila, mas logo por volta de 15/16h o hotel recolhe as poucas cadeiras (umas 10) existentes. A ilha também é muito carente, a rua de chegada do hotel é cheia de buracos, que alagam quando chove e é impossível de andar à noite e ainda não há iluminação suficiente, o que dá uma sensação dd insegurança. É um hotel sem luxo, não é nadado que parece nos vídeos, pois já está precisando de reforma urgente.

O hotel é impecável, quarto super confortável, comida e bebida boa. Valores ok. O atendimento deixou um pouco a desejar, os meninos que atendiam na piscina eram super solícitos, mas as meninas do café da manhã e o pessoal da recepção um pouco enrolados. Levando em consideração que é um hotel cinco estrelas, o atendimento poderia melhorar.

Schönes, ruhiges Hotel am Strand - alles bestens

Super schönes Hotel direkt am ruhigen Strand, 1 Autostunde nördlich von Porto Seguro. Hotel hat Familienvillen mit ca. 4 Zimmern. Viele Sport Möglichkeiten wie, Beachvolleyball/Tennis, Bocha, Kanu, Stand up padel, Fitness Center, Pool. Gutes Essen, nicht überteuert. Gutes Restaurant in 500 Metern Entfernung. Fahrräder kann man im Hotel leihen. Strand liegt an einer ruhigen Flussmündung. Guter Service

Excelente estrutura e serviços a desejar

Embora as instalações do hotel sejam excelentes e os atendentes sejam atenciosos, os serviços deixam a desejar : 1- avisei com muita antecedência que éramos alérgicos a glúten e lactose. Das dezenas de opções de pães e bolos no café da manhã , havia apenas um pão de forma sem glúten. 2-liguei para a recepção e pedi que consertassem a luz acima do espelho do banheiro que não estava acendendo e me informaram que a equipe de manutenção viria ao quarto junto com a camareira . Não consertaram a luz e não me deram satisfação alguma 3- perguntei na recepção sobre o horário de Yoga . Disseram que entrariam em contato com o professor e me informariam pelo WhatsApp. Só me responderam após eu fazer uma reclamação formal .

Serviço péssimo! Os funcionários apesar de tudo são alegres e dispostos, no entanto não há um líder um gerente que coordenem os garçons! Tudo que pedia na praia ou piscina havia muita demora! Os funcionários não possuem treinamento ( ex.: traziam a salada e não havia azeite, guardanapo) O garçom chegou a dizer que não sabia do azeite! Os produtos fornecidos são bons, mas como disse os funcionários são totalmente destreinados… não há gestão dos serviços… Uma pena! Não me motiva a voltar…. Obrigado
