This hotel is a big resort with 186 rooms and has all the amenities you would expect of a big resort. Its well suited for families but is not the place for couples who are seeking rest and relaxation unless of course you are fine with lots of small children running around. Our experience was however good since the hotel property is large enough to escape the hordes of small children running around.

Friendly people. Beautiful places. It was difficult and extressfull to check in. They request personal information that I was not comfortable in sharing. I was also asked to sign a paper saying that the information given was true and that they could share person information including Fotos to others. Check in on line was not possible without agreeing with such terms. Some of the hotel activities did not start on time or changed locations without common knowledge.

Fantastic location but not a five star hotel

Location is stunning but the rooms are dated and lacking in basic amenities you would expect in a five star hotel like water and toiletries. Also there was only one power socket in the entire room. The buffet restaurant was nice but the a la carte restaurant was a joke with very limited choice. As it’s affiliated with the water park it is understandably popular with families with young children so it’s not peaceful…..

This resort was outstanding! The room was simple but clean. Yes, a hotel room that was clean is something, specially nowadays when with the COVID excuse hotels are not doing room service everyday (they do!). Well, I was pretty surprised with several things about this hotel, in their simplicity they provided top notch service. The staff is friendly without being hypocrite (not doing that to be tipped). I will absolutely be back and I totally recommend.

Foi incrível o acolhimento com que fomos recebidos durante toda a nossa estadia, por parte de toda a equipe. A recepção do Darlan e dos demais recepcionistas foi excepcional. Todas as nossas requisições foram atendidas sem problemas desde o início. Gostaríamos de agradecer, também, ao cuidado das atendentes Selma e Patrícia, do bar da piscina, e ao metre do restaurante principal. Estávamos viajando em família, com a minha mãe de 87 anos, cujas limitações não foram um empecilho para aproveitar a viagem, graças à acessibilidade do lugar, com várias rampas e pessoas dispostas a auxiliar nas atividades e no Buffet. Na piscina, durante a hidroginástica, ela recebeu todo o cuidado e carinho dos recreadores Bonde e Gibi. Também não podemos esquecer todo o capricho do barman Gil na confecção dos drinks, que eram uma verdadeira obra de arte. Este hotel realmente nos surpreendeu positivamente em todos os aspectos. Para quem chegar do aeroporto, recomendo a contratação do transfer indicado pelo hotel, sendo possível evitar as longas filas das balsas com a exclusividade do transporte para o resort.
