"This was an oasis for us after a rough four days. The staff works very hard, but not as effectively as they could. IT could be that we were there during the busiest week of the year for them, so keep that in mind. That said, check-in and check-out both took a long time - at least 30-45 minutes, coming and going. Getting a drink at the bar took time - just too much demand, not enough staff. This is a delightful place to go with a family - they especially seem to look after younger kids. The pools...

"Very old Hotel. We had an apartment in a building opposite to the main house on a hill. No luggage bring service. No weather protection. How do they handle handicap guests? Bathroom smelly with mould in the corners. Wind blow everywhere through. Buildings need urgently full renovation.
