"The staff was amazing, especially Andrea. We arrived at the hotel pretty late, after a long day of traveling, I was in a pretty bad mood from a terrible flight and lack of sleep. But when we walked in door and Andrea greeted us with a warm smile, it felt like coming home, and instantly improved my mood. She did everything she could do ensure we were happy. If anyone from the Best Western Corporate Office reads this review, I hope you know you have a real winner in Andrea."

"Room was a little warm, but opening the window worked. The shuttle was very convenient and a much better price than a taxi, so we definitely appreciated that option. We walked into the main area for restaurants and had a wonderful meal at Secondo Riva. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Easy 5 minute walk from hotel. The breakfast was also wonderful. Many options and very satisfying. Even opened up 20 minutes early which helped us make the shuttle back to the airport. Would definitely stay here again."
