"I like the restaurant and space all around. What I did not like is that the roof top was closed so there was no space to sit outside for fresh air even if the pool was closed, they need to put some tables and chairs so people can enjoy the view or get some fresh air."

"Essa vez minha experiência não foi boa, pegamos o hotel porque no aplicativo estava um preço bom e falando que tinha café da manhã, chegamos la não tinhamos a opção de café, somente pagando $70,00, outra experiência ruim o sofá cama que minhas filhas dormiram muito fino, e nossa cama super dura. Ja fiquei outras vezes na rede novo hotel, e sempre foi impecável dessa vez não posso falar o mesmo."

"Plaza são Rafael used to be a high standard hotel in Porto Alegre. It is sad and disappointing to see that the rooms are very outdated. AC doesn't work well, WiFi is very spotty, tv is not smart, it is very small and has terrible reception of the few channels available. It seems the cleaning standards are lacking I was in a non smoking room but there was a cigarette butt sitting on the window during my whole stay.
