The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking! We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were very clean and they had very comfortable beds! The bathrooms are a bit tiny for anyone who’s claustrophobic otherwise the suites have a fair amount of room equipped with most things you would need. We also liked there was a front door and a slider on the other end of the room out to the pool/yard area. The property also had bbq grill on site, which was a bonus! We would definitely stay again 😊

Excellent motel for families, couples. Friendly and professional staff, all eager to answer any questions, and provide information on Old Orchard activities, dining options, trolley options and surrounding towns. Book early for rooms with an ocean view.

The location is fantastic - right on the beach. There is also a nice, smaller, pool. The bed was comfortable too. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. The property, though, is in serious need of a refurbishing. This is a 2 star property in a 5 star location. We wouldn’t stay here again, but we enjoyed the prime beachfront for sure.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is extremely friendly. Even the guests were friendly. The beach is pristine. None of the following bothered us but letting other travelers know, there isn't much privacy. It's an older hotel and the walls are paper thin. I heard the neighbor next door yawn. Also the balcony/porch has no privacy division so you get to know your neighbor if your out at the same time. All in all it was a nice property and would stay again.

The rooms are very small and while it says there is a queen size pullout, it was very uncomfortable. With two adults and one child, we sometimes seemed to be in each others' way and the area between the main bed and doorway was very small. Once we opened out suitcases floor space was almost non-existent. It is what it is - we were able to sleep, enjoyed the pool and had a good central location in Old Orchard Beach. Staff at the front desk were very courteous and helpful.

The facility is very clean, well lit, well maintained. Our room quite spacious one of the things I was truly fond of the living kitchenette area is separate from the sleeping quarters so your partner can continue to sleep without being disturbed. House keeping perfect. Kitchens had coffee maker - k cups available in office w muffins and danishes, small refrigerator and freezer, microwave sink, table and chairs as well as couch end tables and lamps. Private balcony. We will continue to go back each trip we take to Old Orchard Beach.

We were surprised when we walked in to see there was a second room which lead out to pool and beach. The couch pulled out to a queen bed with a door that closed between rooms. Both rooms had tv’s and kitchenette with small table to also sit at. Great set up. We will definitely stay again. The only thing was open parking instead of designating a space in front of your room which would have been very easy to do.

The location is perfect! Quiet and out of the way of the hustle and bustle, but right on the beach. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The room was spotless. The bed was super comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very family friendly. They offer an overflow parking lot across the road, which was perfect for my husband’s truck, as the parking spots on the property can be a bit tight. We’ll definitely plan on staying here again!
