"This hotel is 150%!!! Its location couldn’t be better, the buffet breakfast is fabulous, free parking in a safe garage, and cleanliness second to none. You walk right out onto the beautiful beach which you can walk for 5km to the other end amongst stellar cliffs. The breakfast has absolutely everything you could want. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay spectacular, they literally think of everything, right down to shower and change room if you decide to hang out on the beach after checking out. We would not even consider staying anywhere else in the Algarve❤️"

"Location near the beach, along the main strip in Praia da Rocha with downtown locations within walking distance. Local transit and Uber/Taxis readily available. All staff with whom we interacted were calm, friendly and helpful. Luggage storage prior to our room being available was offered and managed very well. Front desk staff also helped to set up a cruise for us - perfectly aligned with what we were looking for, they took care of all the arrangements including pre-payment and set up a shuttle from the hotel to the tour launch location and return to the hotel afterwards - super simple! The room was clean, everything worked including the air conditioner. Breakfast spread was enormous with a wide range of options, for us included oatmeal, fruit, nuts, seeds, juices, and bottomless expresso machine coffee. The pool water was warm and refreshing. "

"Clean, quick check in, lots of nearby restaurants and wonderful unobstructed view of huge sandy beach. Audrey at front desk was very helpful and fluent in English but other check in agent good too and free parking in garage under hotel was a wonderful bonus"

"Good value stay overall but food - breakfasts were left out too long so if having late breakfast things dry, chewy and overcooked under the lamps - try put less out, more often. Evening meals no fresh made meats e.g steaks made, just 'hot pot' style food in large oven dishes - they were OK but have had better in other all inclusive resorts. Rooms overall bed comfy and soundproof OK from outside noise but doors don't have auto/slow close so all slammed shut causing loud noise, especially when people came to the room very late or left very early. Otherwise very friendly staff, clean, modern and I will definitely look to stay here again when I return to Algarve. Thank you. "

"The hotel was all good, its been a mainstay of Alvor beach for msny years. It has a few aging issues imo, but adds to its charm. I will return. Our balcony view was terrific. "
