The Lodge Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely hotel. Great location for Coleraine, Portrush and Portstewart Giants Causway etc. Nice breakfast. Not impressed with evening meal so gave it a miss this time. Staff all great hotel clean, breakfast really good. Enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious and bed king size and very comfortable. Slight downside the shower was not very powerful but we managed. Have stayed a few times and would definitely stay again"

"This is a decent hotel for a night before a flight from Belfast. The room was a nice surprise. The staff were ok, for a pass through hotel. They were more interested in talking to each other rather than the guests. Wanting to take payment for every drink or bag of crisps seemed a little unnecessary as we were there for dinner as well, so that was irksome. Dinner was fine. Wine options seem to be 150ml little bottles only. Breakfast was self serve, The scrambled eggs were water logged, so we left the cooked option well alone. Overall it served its purpose."

"Lovely room, but no mirror in the bedroom to be able to dry my hair. I told the receptionist and she said they were working on that. I asked for a sandwich for dinner to take to my room, but the chef said no so I had to order from the menu. So only a couple of little niggles, but apart from that it was a great hotel and I would definitely book again."
