"The space and layout was good. However we had to kill a big cockroach in the kitchen 20 minutes after checking in. The bedroom our boys were staying in the beds had ants crawling all over them. This place is a bit run down. The pictures are way nicer than reality. We paid $400 Canadian for the night which is not even close to being worth it."

"The Cicioso was such a unique boutique hotel, right in the center of a historic medieval city. Ana who was the front desk staff when we checked in was so phenomenal. So helpful and informative, and eager to get us anything we needed. And in the morning, Dario (sp?) at the front desk was so charming and helpful. We cannot say enough wonderful things about the Cicioso, the staff and our fantastic stay there."
