"Stair Carpet is dirty - in the room the carpet is dirty and around the walls and air conditioning unit there was so much dust and dirt from previous tenants.
Beds were fine clean bedding. Bathroom is clean and towels plenty and well kept. Shower is old but good water pressure. Bathroom sink tap leaks through the top of the tap. Mini fridge works perfect keeping pop cold. Tv sound is low but good picture. Hotel is pretty quiet.
Continental breakfast consisted of toast/bagel juice and coffee. Pretty limited for a breakfast option. "
"The service at Muskoka Bay was top notch. All the staff was friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of. The food was great, golf course is challenging so come ready. It would be nice for there to be a convenience store on property for snacks. The hotel room could use a full length mirror and a bigger sofa in the living room. Overall I love the property. "

"The location was excellent. Walking trail at the door and boardwalk to restaurants. Staff at check-in very friendly. Shared that it was my birthday and was given a pass for a cruise and was sent a piece of birthday cake later in the evening! Definitely recommend this property."
